Shipping Information
We process orders Monday through Friday(excluding holidays) during normal business hours in the order in which they are received. However, expedited-shipping orders are a higher priority and are processed more quickly. Orders are shipped within 24 business hours, unless we experience high order volume.

Returns Information
This is a seasonal item, and is eligible for an exchange only. We do not accept returns on seasonal merchandise. Exchanges must be made within 14 days of your order being received.

This is a PRE-ORDER product and will ship at a later date. Pre-order period will close 06/28, and all pre-orders will be shipped out no later than OCTOBER 13.
